SPAN is pleased to have partnered with Diesel Technic to deliver a tailored Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) racking system alongside a 2-tier Long Span racking solution in Dubai’s dynamic Jebel Ali area. This installation, reaching up to 18 meters in height, reflects our commitment to developing smart, space-efficient storage solutions that enhance operational workflows.

Tailored Racking Solutions for Optimal Efficiency

The VNA racking system was designed specifically to increase Diesel Technic’s storage capacity while allowing streamlined access to products. This solution brings high-density storage together with ease of accessibility, helping Diesel Technic make the most of their warehouse space and improve handling efficiency.

Complementing the VNA system is the 2-tier Long Span racking, a versatile configuration that expands storage capacity and supports organized, easy access to a wide range of products. Together, these solutions create a well-integrated, high-performance storage environment that aims to reduce retrieval times and boost overall productivity.

Quality Materials and Safety in Focus

Both systems incorporate galvanized frames and beams for added durability, ensuring long-term resilience in the busy warehouse environment. The galvanized construction provides resistance to corrosion, supporting sustained performance and safety for warehouse staff.

Safety remains a top priority in our designs, and for Diesel Technic, SPAN included MPM safety barriers, upright protectors, and side barriers as additional protective measures. Fire-resistant steel sheets were also installed to safeguard against fire hazards, supporting regulatory compliance and ensuring a safer work environment.

With the integration of the VNA and Long Span racking systems, MPM safety features, and fire safety components, Diesel Technic is equipped with a smart, comprehensive solution that supports efficient logistics and effective use of warehouse space.
