Feedco is experiencing massive growth and strengthening its position in the market, and we are thrilled to play a part in supporting its transition.

The relationship with Feedco dates back over 10 years, with the first project executed in Dammam. More recently, Feedco engaged SPAN in the development of its new warehousing project in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The newly built 77,500 square meter facility is designed to handle a wide range of animal feeds. “The new facility will take us a step closer to modernizing and expanding our brand”, commented Mr. Ibrahim Allbrahim, Feedco CEO and Board Member.

The collaboration involved consultancy services that aimed at improving Feedco’s supply chain performance, reducing overall costs, and meeting specific operational targets. “We provided an optimum supply chain structure that improves and streamlines operations, along with a tangible implementation roadmap to help putting it into place”, stated Mr. Ghassan Daniel, SSNET- SPAN Director. The project also included the design of the facility, incorporating a standard selective and a drive-in pallet racking system, capable of accommodating over 4,300 pallet positions as well as G+2 multi-tier mezzanine system for the storage of spare parts.
